How is an award show priced?

Full Production starts at $3,500 and is custom-quoted to the scale of your event. The final number depends on guest count, the number of segments and awards, run time, venue, and staging. Tell us the details and we'll build a production proposal — no obligation.

What's included in Full Production?

DJ and professional MC, walk-on and walk-off music, stage presentation coordination, concert-grade sound, full lighting production, a custom run-of-show with cue sheets, an on-site event coordinator, and a red carpet experience setup.

How far in advance should we book?

As early as possible. A produced show takes more lead time than a standard event — charting the run-of-show, coordinating staging, and locking cues all happen well before the date. For award ceremonies we recommend reaching out months ahead.

Do you coordinate with our AV and production team?

Yes — full coordination with your AV crew, venue, and production team is part of Full Production. We align on cue sheets, run-of-show, sound, and lighting so the whole ceremony runs as one show.

Can you add live performers to the ceremony?

Yes — live musicians, opening acts, tribute scoring, and after-party sets can all be coordinated as part of the production. Live elements are quoted custom on top of Full Production.

Do you provide a Certificate of Insurance?

Yes. Marvilous DJs carries full liability insurance and can provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) directly to your venue on request — most venues require one.
