Before you ask.

How far in advance should we book?

We recommend reaching out at least 3–6 months ahead, and dates typically lock 60–90 days out. Popular spring and summer Saturdays go quickest — if you have a date in mind, the earliest conversation is always the safest.

Do you DJ the ceremony as well as the reception?

Yes. Our Signature Experience and Luxury Production packages cover the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception seamlessly. Wedding Essentials focuses on reception coverage — and ceremony coverage can always be added.

What areas do you serve?

We're based in Jersey City and specialize in NYC, Long Island and the Hamptons, and high-end New Jersey. We travel for destination weddings as well — travel fees may apply outside the NYC metro area, and we'll always make them clear up front in your quote.

Can we pick the music?

Absolutely — it's your night. You build your must-plays and your do-not-plays, and we vet guest requests by your rules. We'll also suggest songs you didn't know you needed, but the final call is always yours.

What does a Marvilous wedding cost?

Packages start at $1,895. Your final quote depends on your date, venue, guest count, hours of coverage, and any add-ons. Send us your details and we'll build a custom quote — no obligation.

Do you MC and make announcements?

Yes — professional MC and hosting is included with the Signature Experience and Luxury Production packages. Introductions, toasts, and key moments are handled with energy and warmth, and never the corny "wedding DJ" cliché.

Are you insured?

Yes. Marvilous DJs carries full liability insurance and can provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) directly to your venue on request — most NYC-area venues require one.
