Before you ask.

How far in advance should we book?

We recommend booking at least 3–6 months ahead for galas and large corporate events, and 4–8 weeks for smaller parties and mixers. Popular dates — especially in the holiday season — book quickly, so the earliest conversation is always the safest.

Do you provide a Certificate of Insurance?

Yes. Marvilous DJs carries full liability insurance and can provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) directly to your venue or building management on request — most corporate venues require one.

What corporate events do you cover?

Galas, holiday parties, conferences, product launches and brand activations, award ceremonies, networking mixers, and company milestones. If it's a corporate event with a room to fill, we can build the right package for it.

Can you coordinate with our AV team?

Yes — our Premier and Luxury packages include full coordination with your AV crew, venue, and production team. We'll align on cue sheets, run-of-show, and sound so everything runs as one event, not separate parts.

What does a corporate event cost?

Do you MC and run the timeline?
